RETAIL & CUSTOMER DATA PLATFORM
As a global, multi-channel retailer, the team at Oasis was desperate to do more with their data. It knew it needed more insight into its customers across different markets and channels, and better analytics to respond more quickly to shifts in trading patterns and customer behaviours. Whilst it had the data driven mindset, its retail systems didn’t talk to each other, and the analytics capabilities available were limited.
Oasis chose Datitude’s customer and retail data platform as its data warehouse, driving systems integration and data analytics (for trade and customer insights across multiple channels) to provide the most complete, single managed solution.
Datitude integrated Oasis’ ecommerce, store, marketing automation and ERP systems into a data warehouse, giving Oasis a single source of truth across customer, sales and stock, and extensive data modelling out-of-the-box.
Data analytics were provided through two user interfaces:
the Datitude Application: perfect for reporting, data extracts and CRM
Tableau: fabulous for visualisations including tables, charts, maps, trends and time period comparisons.
